@jamietwortowski is the original author of the message on our shirts. He wrote a devastatingly honest book called, To Write Love On Her Arms, about his depression. The book was so well-received, he now runs a non-profit called @TWLOHA that is dedicated to “presenting hope and finding help for those people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide.”
We encourage you to follow @jamietworowski on Twitter to get a true sense of the kindness he gives to random people who reach out for help.
If you are getting weary of political posts, COVID-19 posts, or quizzes about what your favorite movie in high school was, here is a list of people to follow that are actively making a difference in the world.
They provide content, links, and opportunities almost daily that are designed to inspire, awaken, and heal.
We have also included a link to @onsiteworkshops 14-Day self-care resource: https://www.onsiteworkshops.com/resources/self-care-pdf/
WCCE continues to see clients in-person or through Telehealth options. If you are struggling during this period of uncertainty, or just feel the time is right to tackle some challenges you’ve been putting off, please give us a call and set up an appointment.
