Practicing gratitude invites joy into our lives!

Wondering how to bring more joy into your life? According to Brené Brown you can invite joy into your life by simply practicing gratitude. 


Here are 10 tips to help you practice gratitude daily:

  1. Keep a gratitude journal and add to it everyday.

  2. Notice the beauty in nature each day.

  3. Call your grandparents/parents/siblings/family members more often.

  4. Cook meals with love, think of the people you will feed.

  5. Volunteer for organizations that help others.

  6. Spend quality time with your kids, spouse or lover.

  7. Write a card to someone you haven’t seen in a while and tell them something nice.

  8. Thank the people who serve you in the community.

  9. Post quotes and images that remind you to be grateful around your house or office.

  10. Make a gratitude collage, cut out pictures of all the things that you are grateful for.
